Won training camp QB battle…Played and started in 10 games…4th in the MVFC in passing (255.9 YPG), 5th in total offense (240.5 YPG)…First Valley QB to 2,000 yards this season…Ended year 214-of-370 (57.8%) for 2,559 yards, 19 TD and 8 INT…Ended year in national top-50 in completions per game (16th, 21.4/game), yards per game (20th, 255.9 YPG), total yards (22nd, 2,559), passing TD (32nd, 19 TD), and completion percentage (47th, 57.8)…His 2,559 yards ranked as the third-best passing season in school history...His total yardage of 2,405 yards ranked as the fourth-best in ISU history...Had five 300-yard passing games (INS had none in 2015)…His five 300-yard games nearly broke Mike Perish's 2014 single-season record of six, and currently ranks him second all-time in career 300-yard games behind Perish's eight total...Had 35 passing plays 20 yards or longer, including five 50 yards or longer...Had at least one passing TD in nine of 10 games; had at least 200 yards passing in eight of 10 games…Had an 85-yard TD pass to Miles Thompson at SIU, the longest since Indiana State joined the Valley.

Saw action in three games, including down the stretch late against Youngstown State, when he engineered an 11-play, 35 yard drive to setup the game-winning field goal...Completed 2-of-4 passes on the season for 16 total yards...Went 1-for-3 for 18 yards on that final drive against Youngstown State...Had 10 rushes on the year for 66 yards and one touchdown...Rushed three times for 26 yards and a touchdown at home vs. Western Illinois on Nov. 14...Tallied 30 yards on six carries against Youngstown State in the season finale.

Led his Lebanon High School to an 8-3 record during his senior season which netted the team their third consecutive trip to the second round of the IHSAA playoffs...Named the Indianapolis Star's Sportsman of the Year for the 2013-14 academic year...First Team All-Sagamore Conference as well as IHSAA 4A All-State Honorable Mention...Named to the Indianapolis Colts Academic All-State and Scholar-Athlete Teams...Passed for 3,864 career yards, rushed for 1,121 yards and accumulated 46 touchdowns...As a junior, selected 2nd Team All-Sagamore Conference, throwing for 1,948 yards and 19 touchdowns adding 231 rushing...Completed 16-of-32 passes for a career-best 394 yards against No. 1 Indianapolis Cathedral...Invited to Elite 11 Camp in both Chicago and Ohio, earning the Golden Gun Award in Chicago.
