Lettered two years in both cross country and track & field at Crown Point High School … member of the state qualifying cross country team in 2011 … led the Bull Dogs to a sectional and regional championship in 2012, running 16:32 to place second at the regional … ran 16:15 in the Culver Academies invitational 5,000 meters to place 39th … placed 11th at state track & field meet in 1600 meters (4:18.50) … also ran leg of the third place 4 x 800 meter team (7:44.60) … posted personal best in 3200 meters (9:31.60) at the Duneland Athletic Conference meet as a junior … twice named Most Improved and once named Most Valuable … member school record setting 4x800 relay.
