Cross Country –

2013 – Did not compete.

2012 – Competed in four meets during season … best finish came in the open division of the Notre Dame Invitational where she placed 17th in 20:27 for the 5K race … finished 115th at the Indiana Intercollegiate in 18:56 and 225th at Pre-National Invitational with a 6K time of 25:16 … ran 19:59 to place 53rd in the three mile race at the Bradley Open.

Indoor Track & Field –

2014 – Did not compete.

2013 – Competed in the 800 meters in four meets … ran career best 2:24.92 at Edmonds Cup to place seventh.

Outdoor Track & Field –

2014 – Competed at EIU Big Blue Classic, running 5:30.83 in 1,500 meters.

2013 – Did not compete.

Before ISU –

Earned four letters in cross country and four letters in track & field while competing at Terre Haute North Vigo High School … named All-State in the 4x800 meter relay … named All-Conference in cross country and in track & field … was named MVP freshman year … member of school record setting 4x800 meter relay team.

Personal –

Emily Marie Cotterman was born on Dec. 19, 1993, in Orlando, Fla., the daughter of John and Danelle Readinger … majoring in Mathematics at Indiana State … interests including cooking, and hanging out with friends and family … mother, Danelle Readinger (Leaf) ran cross country and track & field at Indiana State from 1994-1998.
