2011 – Placed 14th at Evansville Mid-America 6K (20:02) … finished 26th at MVC Championships (26:11), 11th in open division at Indiana Intercollegiates (26:35) … was 138th at Great Lakes Region Championship with 10K time of 32:25.
2010 – Did not compete.
Indoor Track & Field –
2013 – Competed in the 800 meters at the EIU Early Bird, finishing fifth in 1:59.40.
2012 – Ran career best 2:33.42 in 1,000 meters at EIU Early Bird … did not compete during rest of indoor season.
2011 – Competed in 800 meters, 1,000 meters, and mile … ran opening leg of distance medley relay team that finished fourth at MVC Indoor Championships in 10:14.08 … established personal bests of 1:53.75 in 800 meters at Grand Valley Big Meet, 2:35.80 in 1,000 meters at EIU Early Bird, and 4:16.58 in mile at Edmonds Cup.
Outdoor Track & Field –
2012 – Ran career best 1:53.15 in 800 meters at Polytan Invitational … posted career best 3:53.51 in 1,500 meters at Billy Hayes Invitational … had career best 15:29.12 in 5,000 meters at MVC Outdoors, finishing 15th … placed fifth in 1,500 meters at MVC Outdoors in 3:54.17 … ran opening leg of distance medley relay team that ran fourth fastest in school history of 10:07.23 at Drake Relays.
2011 – Competed in 800 and 1,500 meters during season … placed eighth in 1,500 meter at MVC Outdoor Championships with personal best 3:55.81 … ran personal best 1:53.35 in 800 meters at Pacesetter Invitational ,,, ran anchor leg of 4x1600 relay that ran third best time in school history (16:59.38) … also ran anchor on 4x800 meter relay.
Before ISU –
Competed in cross country, track & field, and baseball at Shakamak High School … named All-state in track in2009 and 2010 … named First Team All-State in cross country … named Runner of the Year in 2009 and 2010 in both track & field and cross country … holds school records in 800 meters, 1600 meters, and as member of 4x400 meter relay team.

Drew Jameson Gambill was born on March 4, 1991, in Linton, Ind., the son of Todd and Denise Gambill … majoring in Safety Management … interests include four wheeler riding, fishing, and hanging out with my wife … father, Todd, played baseball at Oakland City and Saint Francis.
