2012 – Named All-Conference for third straight year with a fifth place finish at the MVC Championships with an 8K time of 24:36 … held school 8K record for two weeks after running 24:05 at Notre Dame Invitational in finishing 16th overall … placed second at Indiana Intercollegiate in 25:54 and third at Bradley Open in 25:00 … placed 28th at Great Lakes Region Championship with 10K time of 31:51 … named to MVC Scholar-Athlete team for third straight year.
2011 – Named All-Conference for second straight year with a seventh place finish at MVC Championships in 25:27 … placed 14th at Indiana Intercollegiates (25:21), 79th at Notre Dame Invitational (25:15), and 91st at ISU Pre-National Invitational (25:39) … finished 75th at the Great Lakes Region Championship with 10K time of 32:00 … named to MVC Scholar-Athlete team for second straight year.
2010 – Won 6K Evansville Mid-America Opener (17:23) … placed third at MVC Championships (24:51), 13th at Indiana Intercollegiates (25:11), 33rd at Great Lakes Regional (31:15), and 87th at ISU Pre-Nationals (24:54) … named MVC Athlete of the Week (Sept. 7) … earned MVC All-Conference recognition … named to MVC Scholar-Athlete team.
2009 – Placed 14th at the MVC Championships (26:55) … finished 54th at Great Lakes Regional (32:33.11) … finished fifth at Bradley Open (25:10) … competed in USA Track & Field Junior National Cross Country Championship becoming alternate to Team USA with 11th place finish in 25:07 over 8K course.
Indoor Track & Field –
2014 - Completed in mile, 3,000 meters, and 5,000 meters ... ran season best 4:19.64 in mile at Coughlan Cup ... placed 12th in 3,00 meters at MVC Indoors (8:34.77) and seventhin 5,000 meters (14:50.38).
2013 – Did not compete.
2012 – Named All-Conference in 5,000 meters for second straight year … ran second fastest 5,000 meters in school history with a 14:28.44 finish at the MVC Indoors to finish third overall … ran 10th fastest 3,000 meters in school history of 8:21.62 at the GVSU Big Meet … finished sixth at MVC Indoors in 3,000 meters … had a season best 4:18.60 in mile at Edmonds Cup.
2011 – Named All-Conference in 5,000 meters by finishing third at MVC Indoor Championships with a personal best time of 14:39.47, seventh best in school history … placed fifth in 3,000 meters at MVC Indoors (8:32.69) … ran personal best of 4:18.60 in mile at Edmonds Cup and 8:27.50 in 3,000 meters at Wisconsin Elite Invitational.
2010 - Competed in 1,000, 3,000, and 5,000 meters … ran personal best 2:34.71 in 1,000 meters at EIU Friday Night Special, 8:32.16 in 3,000 meters at Wisconsin Elite, and 14:18.61 in 5,000 meters at MVC Indoors where he placed seventh.
Outdoor Track & Field –
2014 - Competed in 1,500, 5,000, and 10,000 meters ... ran fifth fastest 10,000 meters in school history (29:52.85) in fourth place finish at MVC Outdoors ... finished seventh in 5,000 meters at MVC Outdoors (14:46.42) ... ran season best 4:04.86 in 1,500 meters at Illinois Twilight.
