2023: Lined up in 51 games earning 41 starts in the 2023 season … Served as Indiana State’s primary first baseman in the 2023 season … Posted a .248 batting average with 35 hits over 141 at-bats … Connected on eight doubles and four home runs … Scored 25 runs while driving in 34 RBIs … Drew 21 walks and was hit by seven pitches … Posted a .366 on-base percentage and a .390 slugging percentage … Was 4-for-5 in stolen base attempts … Posted a .992 fielding percentage with 336 putouts and 33 assists while committing three errors … Recorded eight multi-hit games in the 2023 season and 10 multi-RBI contests … Season-high four-game hitting streak on March 12-25 … Finished the year on a 20-game on-base streak … Suffered a shoulder injury on April 23 against Southern Illinois, but came back to connect on the walk-off home run in extra-innings on May 2 against Illinois …Connected on a season-high three hits twice in the postseason coming against Belmont in the MVC Tournament and against TCU in the final game of the NCAA Super Regionals … Drove in three RBIs on April 2 at UIC … Scored at least two runs on five separate occasions … Saved arguably his best game of the year for the end with a 3-for-4 day with two RBIs and a double against TCU … Homered against Michigan State (Mar. 19), UIC (Apr. 2), Illinois (May 2), and Bradley (May 5).
