The Mission

The mission of Indiana State University Athletic Training Services is to provide a progressive and comprehensive approach to quality patient centered healthcare. Through the interdisciplinary and collaborative approach utilizing the talents of sports medicine physicians, athletic trainers, and additional support staff, Indiana State University Athletic Training Services provides quality and comprehensive healthcare to over 500 student-athletes. We strive to utilize the best evidence- based practices and innovative techniques while respecting the patient’s values and needs.

Indiana State University Athletic Training Services works in collaboration with the CAATE-accredited Doctorate in Athletic Training Program and Professional Athletic Training Program, which enhances the overall health and well-being of the student-athletes. The full-time staff athletic trainers work seamlessly to develop advanced, patient-centered practitioners who are leaders in the community and the profession.
