Biography

2022 - Started all 26 matches, appearing in all 93 sets for the Sycamores...Finished the season third on the team with 193 kills (2.08 per set) and second with 89 blocks (15 solo, 74 assist)...Her 0.96 blocks per set ranked 10th in the MVC, with her 15 block solos ranking ninth in the conference...Had double-digit kills in eight matches, including a season-high 14 in a win over Missouri State (10/7)...Hit .400 or better in 10 matches, including a .545 hitting percentage at Belmont (10/1) and .500 hitting percentages against both Bradley (9/23) and Belmont (11/11)...Had 18 matches with three or more blocks, including a career-best nine against Southern Illinois (10/8)...Also added 33 digs (0.35 per set), with a season-high eight against Missouri State (10/7)...Her 11 aces ranked third on the team, with a season-high three against Chicago State (8/27).

2021 - Played in all 31 matches, starting 13 and appearing in 110 sets...Finished the season with 184 kills (1.67 per set) and 61 blocks (five solo, 56 assist)...Had a season-high 19 kills on 32 attempts (.526 hitting percentage) in a win over Austin Peay (9/11)...Also had double-digit kills in wins over Alcorn State (9/3), Belmont (9/4) and Illinois State (11/6)...Had multiple blocks in 15 matches, including a season-high five in the NIVC First Round match against Toledo (12/2)...Recorded a season-best three digs in a win over Evansville (9/24)...Named to the Sycamore Open All-Tournament Team after registering 31 kills in three wins (9/9-11).

Prior to Indiana State - Competed at Edwardsville HS in Illinois...During her first three seasons she garnered numerous accomplishments including being named a 2019 New Gazette All-State Special Mention honoree, 2019 All-Conference honoree, 2018 First Team All-Conference Honoree, and was the 2020 MVP of the 17 Open Division at the President's Day Classic...Was a member of the 2019 conference and regional championship team while tallying 182 kills while hitting .452 (second in conference) and 100 blocks (first in the conference)...In 2018 Suhre led the conference with a .391 hitting percentage to go along with 250 kills...Also led the league in blocks with 75...As a freshman, Suhre started on varsity and ended her season with 117 kills and 40 blocks.
