2016 – Appeared in nine games on the season including one start on the mound for the Sycamores … Tallied 12.2 innings on the mound, giving up just 17 hits and seven earned runs… Went a season-best four innings against Villanova (2/29) while allowing just one hit in the outing … Did not allow a home run on the season and finished with a 4.97 ERA.
 
2015 – Appeared in 19 games, starting six… Served as the midweek starter in all six starts… Logged 34.0 innings, earning a 1-2 record and a 7.68 ERA… Season-long 3.2 innings against Ball State (Apr. 1)… Against Indiana (Apr. 14), went 3.1 innings allowing one run and striking out one… Season-high four strike outs against SIUE (May 12) in 3.0 innings of work… Earned a win working in the 14th inning against SEMO (May 9).
 
2014 - Appeared in 19 games making seven starts on the mound... earned three saves in 45.1 innings... struck out 24 batters while walking 15... started against Ohio State (Feb. 16) tossing 5.0 innings, allowing five hits, and one run while striking out three... back-to-back scoreless outings against New Orleans (Feb. 28, Mar. 1)... against UNC - Wilmington (Mar. 15), threw 2.1 innings allowing just one hit in a 6-1 victory... earned a victory over Southern Illinois (Apr. 13) after throwing 2.1 hitless innings... earned the win against Bradley (May 16) tossing 1.1 innings allowing no base runners.
 
Prep – Lettered in baseball three years and basketball two years at Blue Valley Northwest High School … was Second Team All-Conference as senior and Honorable Mention All-Conference as sophomore … named Most Improved senior year … had a 3-2 record with a 2.18 ERA as senior.
 
Personal – Trent Griffin Lunsford was born on Jan. 9, 1995, in Overland Park, Kan., the son of Larry and Jill Lunsford … majoring in business … member Honors Program and Networks Scholar … has sister, Cara … father, Larry, played baseball and basketball at Truman State University for four years.
