2016 – Was a mainstay in the Sycamores rotation his junior year, going for 14 starts … Totaled 95 innings of work while pitching two complete games … Struck out 46 batters and allowed just 41 runs during the season … Finished the season with a 6-4 record and a 3.48 ERA … Had two complete games with the first coming against Evansville (5/20) and Wichita State (5/26) a week later.
 
2015 – Named to the 2015 National College Baseball Writers of American Preseason Stopper of the Year Watchlist… Earned MVC Scholar Athlete Honorable Mention… Earned two saves before transitioning to the starting rotation… Appeared in 17 games, starting in 11… Finished the season with a 1-5 record while recording a 2.73 earned run average in 82.1 innings… Surrendered 74 hits, 35 runs, 25 earned while walking 20 and striking out 53… Earned saves against UL-Monroe (2/13) and Central Michigan (3/12)… Recorded quality starts in all 11 starts, pitching at least 6.0 innings allowing three or less earned runs… Struck out a career-high eight hitters against Southern Illinois (4/11)… Took a no-hit bid into the eighth inning against Arkansas-Little Rock… Struck out seven hitters on two occasions, SEMO (5/9) and during the MVC Tournament against Bradley (5/21).
 
2014 - Named to the Louisville Slugger Collegiate Baseball Freshman All-American Team... MVC Freshman of the Year... MVC First-Team... pitched in 24 games making three starts... earned a 3-2 record and 11 saves... 3.26 ERA... the eleven saves tie him for fifth-most all-time and are third-most in a single season in school history... started against Eastern Illinois where he tossed a season-high 7.2 innings, allowing eight hits, three runs, walked one batter and struck out six... started his career with five consecutive scoreless outings including his first save against Connecticut (Feb. 18)... started in the NCAA regional against Stanford... earned saves against four MVC opponents... earned wins in back-to-back outings against Eastern Illinois, his first of his career (Apr. 15), and Canisius (Apr. 20)... Also defeated Missouri State (May 9) pitching in 2.0 innings allowing one hit... earned a save against Missouri State (May 11) for his 11th of the year.
 
Prep – Lettered in baseball and basketball all four years at Northfield High School … three-time All-State 2A pitcher … member 2013 North-South All-Star Team … three-time Wabash County Player of the Year … two-time team MVCP … set record for most wins in career (48) after finishing four-year career with 48-4 record.
 
Personal – Ryan Gene Keaffaber was born on Feb. 3, 1995, in Noblesville, Ind., the son of Randy and Tammy Keaffaber … majoring in business … has two siblings (Abby and Ally) … father played baseball at Indiana State.
