Biography
Lashonda Littleton is in her second year as the graduate manager and director of basketball operations for the Indiana State Women’s Basketball team in 2016-17. Littleton joined the Sycamores’ staff after a two-year playing career with the Sycamores from 2013-15.
Player
As a Senior (2014-15) – Played in 13 games before suffering a knee injury that ended her career … posted her best performance with seven points and two assists at South Alabama … posted two blocks at Butler … picked up a season-high two steals versus ETSU … grabbed a season-high three rebounds at Butler and Saint Louis … played a season-high 14 minutes against ETSU.
As a Junior (2013-14) – Played in 21 games, making two starts … scored 71 points (3.4 per game) and grabbed 70 rebounds on the season (3.3 per game) … went 26-for-79 from the field (.333) and 14-for-22 from the free throw line (.636) … scored a season-high 12 points and 11 rebounds in a win at Marshall … went 10-for-12 from the free throw line against the Thundering Herd and her free throws with 1.7 seconds left help ISU come back from a 20 point deficit … also grabbed a season-high 11 rebounds, four steals and two assists versus Northwestern in the Tulane/DoubleTree Classic … hit two 3-pointers at Stetson and LSU … played a season-high 28 minutes against the Wildcats.
2011-13 (Jefferson College / Chipola College) – Assisted Chipola College to a 27-7 record and a #10 ranking in the final national poll of 2012-13 … coached by 2013 National Coach of the Year candidate Greg Franklin at Chipola … ranked third on the team in scoring (11.4) and second in rebounding (7.6) in 2012-13 … posted four double-doubles as a sophomore, including an 18-point, 14-rebound effort against Hillsborough Community College … 19 games with at least 10 points in 2012-13, including a career-high of 24 points against Georgia Perimeter College on Nov. 3 … played the 2011-12 season at Jefferson College, averaging 6.9 points and 3.0 rebounds per game.
High School – Played four years at Skyline High School in Texas where she was an All-State and All-Regional selection.
Personal – Born May 20, 1993 in Dallas, Texas … Daughter of Patrick and Rhonda Littleton … has a twin sister Shay who was a manager for the team … a member of the National Honor Society at Skyline.
