2015 – Played and started in all 132 sets of the season, making 33 starts … finished her career at the top of a variety of Sycamore career records including the second-best hitting percentage in school history (.311), third in blocks solo (111), fourth in total blocks (374) and sixth in block assists (242) … hit a team-high and the fifth-best hitting percentage (.367) in her final collegiate season (261-63-540) … posted 10 games in double-digits including the final three of her career … set a season-high 18 kills in a five set win over Valparaiso (18-2-26) on a .615 clip – which is the fourth-best in a single game in school history … led the team with 134.0 blocks (1.02 per set) which ranked fifth overall in the MVC and eighth in a single season in school history … led ISU with 36 solo blocks (eighth in a single season in school history) and 98 block assists (fourth in a single season in school history) set a new career-high with 10 blocks (four solo, six assisted) in a five set win at Kent State … second on the team with 346.0 total points … added 47 digs on the season.

 

2014 – Played and started in all 115 sets of the season, making 31 starts … her .355 hitting percentage is tied for the second-best in a single season … tallied 302 total kills on just 85 errors … posted 15 double-digit kill games including a career-high 17 twice in a win against Southern Illinois and at Bradley … hit a season-high .625 with 12 kills (12-2-16) against Akron in the Holiday Inn Invitational … had seven games with one error or less … led the team with 89 total blocks including 27 solo … recorded a single-game best seven blocks twice at Bradley and against Missouri State … named to the MVC All-Tournament team after recording seven kills on a .312 hitting percentage along with two blocks in the quarterfinal loss to Wichita State … her 370.0 points ranks second-best on the team … added seven assists, 10 service aces, 45 digs.

 

2013 – Competed in 120 sets, making 25 starts … had 240 kills in 576 attempts, .247 attack percentage, 31 set assists, five service aces, 51 digs, 90 blocks (27 solo and 63 assists), and 303.5 points … had season game highs of .571 attack percentage, 16 kills and 17.5 points (vs. Southern Illinois), 30 attempts (vs. Evansville), seven blocks (at Evansville), two aces and six digs (vs. IUPUI), and five assists (vs. Georgetown).

 

2012 – Competed in 108 sets, making 28 starts … had 182 kills in 424 attempts, .264 attack percentage, four set assists, three service aces, 33 digs, team high 63 blocks (22 solo and 41 assists), and 227.5 points … had season game highs of .647 attack percentage (vs. DePaul), 20 kills (vs. Drake), 34 attempts (vs. Drake), two assists (vs. Southern Illinois), three digs (vs. Missouri State, Bradley, Temple, and Southern Illinois), and seven blocks (vs. Temple).

 

BEFORE ISU – Lettered four years in volleyball at Lawton High School … also lettered four years in basketball and track & field … named First Team All-Conference three straight years after being an honorable mention as freshman … named to the All-Region team, All-Area Team for Class C-D, Player of the Year in Class C-D as a junior by the Kalamazoo Gazette, and All-Courier Volleyball Team … was an All-Academic Team selection … received "Most Dominating Player Award," "Best Blocker Award," and "Most Intimidating Player" … named All-Conference First Team in basketball twice, All-Area for Class C-D, and was an All-State honorable mention the past two seasons … in track, competed in the pole vault at the state meet as a freshman, and competed in discus, shot put and pole vault at the regional as a sophomore and junior … had 1,190 kills, 85 assists, 126 aces, 768 digs, and 235 blocks during high school volleyball career … competed on Dead Frog Volleyball Club with ISU teammate, Erika Nord.

 

PERSONAL – Cassandra Nicole Willis was born on Jan. 29, 1994, in Paw Paw, Mich., the daughter or Rob and April Willis … has two siblings, Anthony Baushke and Chelsea Willis.
