2019/20 - Named an MVC Scholar-Athlete for the third time following her final season as a Sycamore ... Recorded a season-best time of 59.85 in the 100 back at the MVC Championships ... Also swam a season-best time of 2:06.21 in the 200 back at the MVC Championships ... In the 200 IM she recorded a season best time of 2:13.74 at the MVC Championships

2018/2019 - Raced to a season-best time of 27.77 in the 50 back at the MVC Championships...Also recorded season-best time in 200 back at MVC Championships with a time of 2:08.20...Swam time of 59.24 at MVC Championships in 100 back for season-best time...Also swam season-best time in 200 IM at MVC Championships with time of 2:13.83

2017/2018 - Named an MVC Scholar-Athlete for the second time following her sophomore season as a Sycamore...continued to provide Indiana State with consistent performances in the backstroke events...recorded in season bests in the 100 back with a 58.50 and the 200 back with a time of 2:05.99.

2016/2017– Qualified in the Missouri Valley Conference Finals for the 200-yard backstroke...achieved a best personal time (2:06.56) in the 200-yard backstroke...picked up a personal best in the 100-yard backstroke (59.36).

BEFORE ISU – Competed in the 100-backstroke, 200 IM, 200-medley relay and 200-freestyle relay … posted a second place finish in the 100-backstroke at the Metro League District while earning a seventh place finish at the Oregon State Athletic Association 6A state meet in 2015 … earned an 11th place finish at the OSAA 6A state meet in the 200 IM in 2015 and a 7th place team finish with Southridge in 2014 … swam with club team Multnomah Athletic Club in Portland, Ore. under the direction of Alex Nikitin and head coach Matt Leach’s father, Gary Leach.

PERSONAL – Born Allison Casey Engstrom on October 17 in Portland, Ore. … daughter of Ken Engstrom and Kathy Engstrom .. has one sibling, Arek Engstrom.
