Indoor Track & Field –
2013 – Cleared a career best 11’-6.5” (3.52m) in pole vault at EIU Friday Night Special … tied for seventh in pole vault at MVC Indoors (11’5.75”/3.50m).
2012 – Competed in the pole vault … cleared a career best height of 11’-3” (3.43 meters) at EIU Friday Night Special … placed 11th at MVC Indoors by clearing 10’-11.50”.
2011 – Established personal best of 9’-8.5” (3.11 meters) in pole vault at EIU Friday Night Special.
Outdoor Track & Field –
2013 – Cleared collegiate best of 11’-9” (3.58 meters) in placing 10th in the pole vault at MVC Outdoors.
2012 – Competed in the pole vault … cleared a career best height of 11’-9” (3.58 meters) in placing 10th at MVC Outdoors.
2011 – Cleared a personal best 10’-11.75” (3.35 meters) at Taylor Invitational.
Before ISU –
Competed and lettered in track & field all four years at Mt. Vernon High School … also competed four years in cross country (lettered three) and four years in swimming (lettered all four) … named track & field Most Valuable Player all four years … set school record in outdoor pole vault, indoor pole vault, and as member of indoor and outdoor 4x400 relay team, indoor 4x200 relay team, and outdoor 4x100 relay team.
Personal –
Hannah M. McKnight was born on Dec. 12, 1991, in Indianapolis, Ind., the daughter of Tom and Denise McKnight … majoring in Criminology and Criminal Justice at Indiana State … interests books, cooking, decorating, traveling, bungee jumping, flying kites, and picnics … member Presidential Scholars Association and ALD … sister, Sarah Ronk, competed four years in Division II swimming at Ashland, Ohio.
