2013 – Named All-Conference as part of distance medley relay team … ran third leg of distance medley relay that placed second at MVC Indoors in 10:16.87… posted a career best 4:26.45 in mile at Grand Valley State Big Meet … placed ninth at VC Indoors in 800 meters (1:55.48) … ran season best 1:55.32 in 800 meters at Edmonds Cup.
2012 – Ran season best 1:57.32 in 800 meters at EIU Early Bird.
2011 – Named All-Conference in 800 meters and as member of 4x400 meter relay team … ran a personal best 1:53.06 (eighth best in school history) in the 800 meters at MVC Indoor Championships to finish third … ran opening leg of 4x400 meter relay team that won championship in 3:18.64 at MVC Indoor Championships … ran third leg of distance medley relay that ran season best 9:59.41 at Meyo Invitational.
Outdoor Track & Field
2013 – Competed in 800 and 1500 meters … ran season best 1:53.28 in 800 meters at Drake Relays … placed 12th at MVC (1:56.41) in 800 meters … ran collegiate best 3:59.93 in 1500 meters at Auburn … anchored 1600 sprint medley relay that placed 10th (3:26.71) at Drake Relays … ran third leg of distance medley relay that ran third fastest time in school history (10:03.65) in placing third at Sea Ray Relays.
2012 - Competed in 800 meters and 1500 meters … ran career best 1:52.04 in 800 meters at EIU Big Blue Classic … ran season best 4:03.25 in 1500 meters at EIU-ISU Ice Dual.
2011 – Competed in 800 meters and 1500 meters during season … ran personal best 1:52.91 in 800 meters and 4:01.67 in 1500 meters … placed ninth in 800 meters at MVC Outdoors in 1:54.7.

Competed in soccer, cross country, and track & field at Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy … member 2007 state champion and 2008 state runner-up soccer team … member2008 state fifth place cross country team … member 4x800 relay that was second in 2010 and fifth in 2009 … placed second in 800 meters in 2010, third in 2009, and fifth in 2008 … earned six All-State recognitions … two-time Most Valuable Player in track & field … four-time All-Conference in track … one-time All-Conference in soccer … holds school records in 4x800, 800 meters, distance medley relay, and pole vault relay.
