Competed in three meets for the Sycamores...Recorded a time of 26:51.30 in the 8K of the MVC Championships.

Placed 51st at the MVC Championships at 26:26.4...Also ran at the Pre-National meet (8K, 25:18.2) and Joe Piane Notre Dame Invite (5 mile, 25:54.0).
2014
Placed 52nd at MVC Championships with a personal best 8K time of 25:47 … was fifth at the Saluki Early Bird 4K (12:22.02) and 36th at the Indiana Intercollegiates 8K (27:51.2) … placed 129th at Great Lakes Region (32:38 for 10K).

Hambrock is a graduate of Terre Haute South, where he was a key member of the Braves Cross Country and Track & field teams...Member of three state qualifying cross country teams...Placed 29th at state as senior...Posted personal best (15:57.6) in finishing 11th at Brown County Semi-State...Was regional champion in 1600 meters (4:25.95) and finished 22nd at state...Set a personal best (4:23) with a third place finish in the full mile at the post season Indiana Runner Friday Night Classic...Also holds personal bests in the 800 meters (1:59.42) and 3200 meters (9:50.85)...Honorable Mention All-State in cross country...Received Mental Toughness and Senior Award.

Born Sept. 21, 1994, in Terre Haute, Ind., to Mike and Kim Hambrock...Mother, Kim, was an Indiana State cheerleader...Father, Mike, played tennis for the Sycamores (1980-84)...Grandfather, Ronald, was an All-American volleyball player at Florida State...Has a sister, Lauren...Majoring in criminology and psychology, with minors in forensic accounting and Spanish.
