best of 1:55.82 in 800 meters at Wisconsin Elite, 2:33.27 in 1,000 meters at
Eastern Illinois Dual, 4:17.61 in mile at Iowa State Invitational, and 8:46.38
in 3,000 meters at Eastern Illinois Dual … member distance medley relay that
ran 9:59.57 at Meyo Invitational … placed 13th in 800 meters at MVC Indoors
(1:57.72), 14th in mile (4:29.84), and was member of fourth place distance
medley relay (10:14.55).
Outdoor Track & Field –
2012 – Ran a
career best 14:59.78 in 5,000 meters at Pacesetter Quadrangular … posted season
bests of 1:57.76 in 800 meters at EIU Big Blue Classic, 4:03.42 in 1,500 meters
at Polytan Invitational, and 9:55.29 in 3,000 meter Steeplechase at Auburn
Tiger Classic … placed 18th in 5,000 meters at MVC Outdoors.

Outdoors (placing 15th), and 9:42.99 in 3,000 steeplechase at Tom Botts
Invitational … member 4x1500 relay that ran 15:59.54 at Sea Ray Relays, 4x1600
relay that ran 17:27.11 at Drake Relays, and distance medley relay that ran
10:01.41 at Drake Relays.
Before ISU –
Competed in cross country
and track & field at Lewis University before transferring to Indiana State
… was NCAA Division II national qualifier in Indoor Track & Field mile …
earned eight varsity letters while competing in cross country and track &
field at Catholic Memorial … was first team All-Conference and conference
champion in cross country as senior … was track & field conference champion
in indoor 3200 meters, indoor 4x400, outdoor 3200 meters and outdoor 4x800 as
senior … regional and sectional champion in 4x800 and mile and regional
champion in 3200 meters as senior … placed second in 3200 meters at Midwest
Senior Spotlight … as a junior, was runner-up at the cross country conference
championships and helped Catholic Memorial to a second-place finish at the
state championship, and regional and sectional track & field champion in
3200 meters … was mile regional champion as a sophomore … named All-State seven
times (twice in cross country and five times in track & field) … three
times All-Conference in cross country … seven times All-Conference in track
& field … set school record as part of 4x800 meter relay team (8:02.23).
