TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – The 2026-27 Indiana State men's basketball schedule is complete as the Missouri Valley announced the 20-game conference slate on Thursday morning.
 
The Sycamores conference schedule opens on Tuesday, December 15, at UIC, and will feature home games against Murray State (Dec. 19) and Drake (Dec. 29), before the calendar year turns to 2027.
 
Overall, Indiana State is scheduled to host 16 regular season contests inside the Hulman Center, as well as the October 24 exhibition game against Rose-Hulman. The conference home schedule features Murray State (Dec. 19), Drake (Dec. 29), Northern Iowa (Jan. 9), Bradley (Jan. 12), Southern Illinois (Jan. 21), Evansville (Jan. 30), Illinois State (Feb. 6), Valparaiso (Feb. 13), Belmont (Feb. 15), and UIC (Feb. 21).
 
The release of the Missouri Valley schedule completes the 2026-27 Indiana State men's basketball slate that also includes home contests against Charlotte (Nov. 2), Milwaukee (Nov. 11), Earlham (Nov. 14), IU Columbus (Nov. 28), SIUE (Dec. 2), and Southern Indiana (Dec. 6). Game times and television dates will be announced in the coming weeks.
 
Season Tickets Remain On Sale, Single Game Coming Soon
Season tickets remain on sale for the entirety of the 2026-27 slate, while single game ticket packages and pricing will be announced in the coming weeks. The Sycamores will compete in two open exhibitions as Indiana State will travel to Butler on Sunday, October 18, for a 6:30 p.m. tipoff inside the Hinkle Fieldhouse in Indianapolis. Indiana State will host Rose-Hulman on Saturday, October 24, with start time set for 6 p.m. inside Hulman Center.
 
Indiana State will open the 2026-27 regular season with an opening night tipoff at home against Charlotte on Monday, November 2, before the Sycamores remain inside the state heading to Muncie, Ind. to take on Ball State on November 6. Indiana State will remain at home for the following two games against both Milwaukee (Nov. 11) and Earlham (Nov. 14), before hitting the road for the 2026 Paradise Jam.
 
The Sycamores are slated to play three games while in the Virgin Islands over November 20-23 with the opening night of the eight-team tournament set for November 20 against Stephen F. Austin.
 
Following their return, Indiana State will host its longest home stretch of the 2026-27 season with a trio of games inside Hulman Center against IU Columbus (Nov. 28), SIUE (Dec. 2), and Southern Indiana (Dec. 6).
 
Following the homestand, the Sycamores will fly out to Eugene, Ore. to tipoff against Oregon on December 12, and then remain on the road for the Missouri Valley opener on December 15 at UIC. Indiana State will return home to host Murray State in the Sycamores' Valley home opener on December 19, before heading back on the road to historic Allen Fieldhouse to take on Kansas on December 22.
 
After taking a brief break for the holidays, the Sycamores return to Hulman Center on December 29 to host Drake as teams settle into the full Valley schedule slate.
 
Indiana State opens the new year on the road with back-to-back games at Illinois State (Jan. 2) and Evansville (Jan. 5), before returning to host UNI (Jan. 9) and Bradley (Jan. 12). The Sycamores will have their first Valley rematch of the season on January 16 at Murray State before continuing on the road at Belmont (Jan. 18).
 
The Sycamores sandwich home games against Southern Illinois (Jan. 21) and Evansville (Jan. 30) around a road trip to Valparaiso (Jan. 27), before looking ahead to the final month of the regular season.
 
Indiana State returns the trip to Southern Illinois on February 3, before hosting Illinois State the following Saturday on February 6 inside Hulman Center. Indiana State travels to UNI on February 9, before returning home for games against both Valparaiso (Feb. 13) and Belmont (Feb. 15).
 
Indiana State's final two road trips to Drake (Feb. 18) and Bradley (Feb. 24) sandwich the 2027 Indiana State men's basketball Senior Day when the Sycamores host UIC on February 21.
 
ArchMadness is scheduled to run from March 4-7 inside the Enterprise Center in St. Louis, Mo. with the top 10 teams in the Missouri Valley battling it out for the conference title and the league's automatic bid into the NCAA Tournament.
