TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – Indiana State women's golf announced the addition of Louise Standtke, signing for the upcoming 2026-27 season.
 
Standtke is transferring from in-state conference foe Evansville, originally from Lejre, Denmark. This past season, the rising junior averaged a 79.38 between both fall and spring seasons. She played in 21 rounds the whole year, with 12 rounds in the 70s.
 
She shaved off over a stroke between the fall and spring to shoot an average of 78.92 in 13 rounds in the spring of 2026. In the spring of 2026 at her new home course – the Country Club of Terre Haute – she recorded her season low of 75 to take fourth place in the ISU Invitational.
 
In her freshman season as a Purple Ace, she finished the year with a 76.41 average in 27 total rounds. All but three of her rounds were in the 70s, highlighted by her collegiate low of 71 again at the Country Club of Terre Haute in the 2025 ISU Spring Invitational to win the entire tournament. She finished tied for 17th at the MVC Championship.
 
Standtke has five top five finishes to her name through two seasons of college golf.
 
The new 2026-27 season for Indiana State kicks off this fall on Sept. 6-7 in Kewadin, Mich. for the A-Ga-Ming Invitational.
