The Sycamores (4-3-5) enter this matchup after a tightly contested 1–1 draw at home against UIC. In that game, Indiana State outshot the Flames 16–7, held an 8–5 edge in corner kicks, and saw Delaney Timmons make three crucial saves—including a key stop in the 87th minute to deny a late UIC chance.
