MURRAY, Ky. – Indiana State men's basketball seeks to stop its two-game skid on Tuesday night, battling the Murray State Racers in the second-to-last regular season game of the season. The game tips off at 8 p.m. ET on ESPN+ and 105.5 The Legend.
The Series
The Sycamores and Racers squared off last on December 18 when Indiana State won 84-74. The Sycamores finished with their fourth-best field goal percentage of the season in the game (56.9%) and third-best effort from three (45.0%).
Samage Teel led the way with 26 points on 10-for-13 shooting and 4-for-7 from deep.
Markus Harding and
Jaden Daughtry each scored 12 points, and
Josiah LeGree scored 11.
Fifteen games have been played between the two programs, and Indiana State holds an 11-4 advantage. While playing in Murray, Indiana State has won five-of-eight times. The Trees have won the last four meetings.

Indiana State fell at Belmont on Saturday, 77-75.
Camp Wagner led the game in scoring 31 points on 11-of-23 shooting from the field and 9-of-18 from three. He set career highs in both points (31), three-pointers (9), and field goals made (11). He tied the individual single-game three-point record with nine three-pointers. It's been done only twice in program history (Marico Stinson, 12/30/06 and Cooper Neese, 3/3/23).
K'mani Doughty scored 13 points with four rebounds and three assists.
Samage Teel finished with 11 assists, tying his career high, and six rebounds with two points.
Derek Vorst added nine points and a career-high nine rebounds.

Samage Teel leads three Sycamores in double figures with 21.2 points per game. He has finished 50.0% from the field and has attempted 28 more shots than the next player. He has knocked down 21-of-25 attempts from the line (84.0%) while dishing out 6.8 assists per game.
Jaden Daughtry (14.0 points per game) has shot 58.7% from the field, pulling down 3.6 rebounds per game and as five total blocks.
Camp Wagner has averaged 12.2 points per game on 40.5% shooting from downtown. He has made 10-of-11 (90.9%) from the line.
Teel (6), Daughtry (7), and Wagner (6) have combined for 19-of-29 steals for the Sycamores.
