TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – Indiana State Director of Athletics Nathan Christensen and JKO Media's Joey O'Rourke announced an extension of ISU Athletics on the airwaves as the Sycamores will extend their contract through the 2026-27 athletic year. The agreement will keep the Sycamores on 105.5 The Legend as the home station for Indiana State football, men's and women's basketball, and baseball.
 
"We are excited to partner with JKO Media," Christensen said. "We appreciate their desire to showcase Sycamore Athletics and to deliver games and exclusive programming to Sycamore fans in the region and beyond!"
 
Sycamore Athletics has been housed on 105.5 FM since August 2021 following a three-year agreement between ISU and DLC Media. With JKO Media's purchase of DLC Media's properties in the Wabash Valley, the new contract extension will keep the Sycamores on a familiar station for their fans for the foreseeable future.

"The audience interaction with the Sycamores over the last few years has been incredible and we continue to look forward to providing a quality product for our audience in the years to come."
 
The 2024-25 ISU Athletic seasons will feature multiple ISU alumni across the airwaves. Brian Jennings will serve as the Sycamores' play-by-play announcer for the 2024 football season, while O'Rourke is back in the role as the primary voice of Sycamore men's basketball in the 2024-25 season. John Sherman will return as ISU's primary on-air talent for the Sycamore women's basketball and baseball teams.
