ST. LOUIS - Indiana State men's basketball has been selected eighth in the Preseason MVC Men's Basketball Poll, voted on by head coaches, media members, and athletic departments' athletic communications personnel.
Indiana State gathered 207 votes to land in eighth in the poll. Bradley was selected as the favorite with 597 points, beating the total from last year when Drake was selected as the 2023-24 season favorite with 558 points.
Indiana State brings in 11 new faces to the squad this upcoming season, with four rostered as seniors or graduate students and one as a junior. The four seniors/graduates -
K'mani Doughty,
Aaron Gray,
Markus Harding, and
Samage Teel - look to lead the Sycamores into the 2024-25 season coming off the season-best season in program history.
