Bradley leads the overall series 57-43, but ISU has a winning record when facing the Braves in Hulman Center, 29-19. Indiana State and Bradley met for the 100th time earlier this season on December 2, when ISU came out on top 85-77.

The Braves are in their 9th season with Coach Brian Wardle at the helm. Bradley won the MVC last season 23-8, 16-4 MVC to win the regular-season title. Bradley went onto the postseason championship and lost to Drake 77-51. The Braves continued one game post-MVC championship in the NIT and fell to the University of Wisconsin 81-62. Bradley was picked to finish one spot ahead of the Sycamores in the preseason poll at No. 3. Currently, the Braves are T-2nd with Drake in the MVC standings at 7-2. Four Braves average more than 10.0 PPG: Connor Hickman (14.6), Malevy Leons (13.1), Duke Deen (13.0), and Darius Hannah (11.4).

Last Time Out - Indiana State
Indiana State men's basketball improved to 17-3, 8-1 MVC in 2023-24 with a win against UIC, 89-83, backed by Isaiah Swope recording a career-high in points and Robbie Avila and Jayson Kent each recording a double-double.

Swope recorded a career-high 30 points off 10-for-21 shooting from the floor, including knocking down six threes. Avila recorded a double-double with 26 points (9-for-14, 3-for-6 3FG) and 11 rebounds, adding six assists. Kent's double-double came from 10 points and 11 rebounds, almost a near perfect game with 4-for-4 from the field, 1-for-1 from behind the arc, and 1-for-2 from the free-throw line. Julian Larry added 12 points with seven assists, tied for the game high.

Last Time Out - Bradley
Bradley Men's Basketball topped Murray State on Wednesday night by a final score of 71-63. The Braves held a 44-34 lead after halftime. They tallied 22 points in the paint with 11 bench points. Defensively, Bradley had four blocks and six steals. Overall, they shot 56.3% from the field and held the Racers to 46.9%. Bradley defeated Murray state with a final score of 71-63. The Braves finished with 32 rebounds in the game with 14 induced turnovers from the Racers. They also recorded 34 points in the paint. In the game, Bradley shot 50% from the field. 

Malevy Leons led both teams with 17 points including seven rebounds, two assists and a block. Deen had 13 points with five rebounds. Connor Hickman contributed 12 points, three rebounds, four assists and four steals.
