TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – Head Coach Josh Schertz, Xavier Bledson, Julian Larry, and Robbie Avila will represent Indiana State men's basketball at the Missouri Valley's annual men's basketball media day held in St. Louis, Mo. on Tuesday, October 17.
 
The day-long event will be held inside Enterprise Center, home to ArchMadness, as the Sycamores go through media interviews, various photo and video shoots, as well as a community service event. It marks the first Media Day appearance by the three Sycamore athletes, while Coach Schertz makes his second appearance in St. Louis as a part of the league's preseason event.

Each MVC team (coaches and student-athletes) will be available for a 20-minute interview session that will be streamed live on YouTube courtesy of the Missouri Valley Conference. The Sycamores will be on the Dais from 11:30-11:50 a.m. ET.
 
Additional elements that will be announced on Media Day include the 2023-24 Missouri Valley preseason poll, as well as the preseason All-Conference teams as Indiana State moves closer to the start of the regular season. Tipoff in ISU's opener on November 6 against St. Mary-of-the-Woods is set for 7 p.m. ET inside Hulman Center.

Season tickets for the 2023-24 Indiana State men's basketball team are on sale now. The Sycamores will host 10 conference games to go along with the nonconference slate.

Indiana State will employ mobile ticketing as the default option for all home games during the 2023-24 men's basketball season, enabling contactless entry into athletics venues. Offering greater convenience and safety, fans can access their ticket online and transfer to family and friends. Fans will also have the option to get their tickets printed for an additional $5 charge.
