TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – Indiana State's Chloe Farro and Madie Rutan will take on the field at the 2022 Toyota U.S. Open Championships this weekend. The four-day event will be held at the Greensboro Aquatic Center in Greensboro, N.C.
 
"We're excited to have our program represented at this meet," head coach Josh Christensen said. "We want to be a program where athletes, both domestic and international, can have success in long course. Chloe and Madie have really led the charge for us in that area and this weekend will be a great opportunity for them to compete against some of the best in the nation."
 
Farro (50 Freestyle) will compete starting on Thursday, December 1 with the prelims set to begin at 9 a.m. The finals are set for the same day starting at 6 p.m.
 
Rutan (100 Backstroke) will compete on Friday, December 2, with her prelims set to start in the 9 a.m. session. Finals will also conclude that evening starting at 6 p.m.

The Sycamores continue the 2022-23 season this weekend at the Vigo County Aquatic Center as Indiana State welcomes Indianapolis for a meet. Events will start at 1 p.m. and run throughout the afternoon.
