TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – The Indiana State track & field teams return home this weekend to host their final home meet, the Indiana State Invitational, on Saturday, Feb. 13 in the Indoor Track & Field Facility.

Events are scheduled to begin at 1 p.m. ET with the women's pole vault and women's shot put.

LAST TIME OUT
The Sycamores traveled north last weekend for the GVSU Snowdown Showdown. The ISU sprinters highlighted the day, with
JaVaughn Moore picking up victories in the 60-meter dash and 200-meter dash. His 60-meter dash time of 6.76 leads the Missouri Valley Conference. Combined, the Sycamores picked-up 13 top-three finishes.

ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
JaVaughn Moore was named the MVC Male Track Athlete of the Week after his performances at Grand Valley State. Moore led a group of Indiana State sprinters that had a stellar Saturday at Grand Valley State. Moore started his day with a dominant victory in the 60-meter dash, clocking the Valley leading time of 6.76 which is 42nd in the nation. He then picked-up the sweep in the short sprints for ISU, winning the 200-meter dash with a time of 21.72. His time of 21.50 from the Sycamore Team Challenge is still third in the Valley.

RANKINGS CENTRAL
In the latest USTFCCCA Great Lakes Regional Rankings the ISU men moved up to #6 while the women remained in the top-15 at #14. In the national TFRI, the Sycamore men appear in the top-100 at #80, the second-highest rated MVC squad. The Sycamore women appear at #84 in the national poll.

EVENT SQUAD RANKIGNS
The Sycamore men appear in the top-40 of seven events in the USTFCCCA Event Squad Rankings. They are led with a #7 ranking in the high jump with an average jump of 2.03m (6-07.75). ISU's women appear in the top-40 of four events, led by the shot put at 21st with an average toss of 13.62m (44-08.25). Event Squad Rankings places a rank order to a program's "squad" of athletes in a particular event, using the cumulative season-best qualifying marks from a team's top-four ranked athletes on the national descending-order list.
