TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – The Indiana State Athletics Department announced today that the Sycamore Men's & Women's Basketball programs will host Sycamore Summer Slam on Wednesday, June 26 from 5:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. (ET) at The Landing at Fort Harrison which is located at 3350 N 4th Street on the North side of Terre Haute.

This event is free and open to the public. Led by the MVC's leading scorer
Tyreke Key as well as returning All-MVC performer
Jordan Barnes, the Sycamore Basketball program is primed to make a move to the top of the MVC this year. In addition, five newcomers, including a pair of Indiana All-Stars Jake LaRavia and Cobie Barnes will be welcomed into the fold. LaRavia and Barnes join
De'Avion Washington and
Cooper Neese to give the Sycamores four Indiana All-Stars on the roster – the most for the program since the 1998-99 season.

Greg Lansing and
Vicki Hall and their staffs will be on hand to meet with Sycamore fans during the two-hour event. There will be activities for kids and the opportunity to interact with the student-athletes outside and inside The Landing.
The Sycamore women's basketball program was recently honored as having the No.1 recruiting class in the Missouri Valley Conference. Come meet all of the new Sycamore women's basketball players during the event.

During this two-hour event season tickets will be on sale for both the men's and women's basketball program's 2019-20 season. Special flash sales will be held during this event for both programs. For those that purchase men's season tickets in the upper level – those will be only $25 for the entire 13-game home schedule. For those that purchase women's basketball season tickets – those will be available for just $30. All women's basketball season tickets feature seating in the lower level.

There will be raffles and giveaway for fans in attendance including the chance to win a soon-to-be-announced grand prize for those that purchase season tickets. Food and drinks will be available.

The event will also feature a live remote starring both Party Marty from HI-99 (99.9 FM) and Kevin Lambert from MIX-FM (100.7 FM).
