TERRE HAUTE, Ind. ? Indiana State women's basketball head coach Jim Wiedie will host a weekly radio call-in show throughout the basketball season and the public is invited to attend the broadcast live at 7th & Elm near the ISU campus. Wiedie and ISU women's basketball voice Brent Holl will host fans for a question & answer session weekly at the local restaurant.
The Jim Wiedie Radio Show, presented by Terre Haute Savings Bank, will be held on Thursdays starting on November 20. The show will be broadcast live from 7th & Elm beginning at 6 p.m. Fans may also listen to the show locally on ESPN Radio 1300 AM and online at espnsportsradio.com.
There will be no shows on Thanksgiving or Christmas (both of which fall on Thursdays) and the show may be moved to a new night once MVC play begins.

Wiedie is excited about the opportunity to interact with the proud fans of the Sycamore women's basketball team each week as part of his radio appearances.

Tom Hellmann, owner of 7th & Elm also is excited to become a visible part of the Sycamore women's basketball program.
“I have been a huge fan of the program for several seasons now, and it is great to have coach Wiedie host his radio show at our restaurant on a weekly basis during the season,” Hellmann said. “We hope to see all Sycamore fans out each week to celebrate this very special athletic program in our community.”
The Sycamores host Marquette on Wednesday night on the Nellie & John Wooden Court at Hulman Center. Tip-off is set for 7:05 p.m. The first Jim Wiedie Coaches Show will be held on Thursday night at 7th & Elm, beginning at 6 p.m.
