The Missouri Valley Conference, in conjunction with The Miller Group, has launched a tournament-specific website for the 2008 State Farm MVC Women's Basketball Championship, being held March 13-16 at The Family Arena in St. Charles, Mo. The site, www.mvcstcharles.com, is a one-stop shop for all things regarding the championship, including ticket information, local attractions and hotel information as well as the latest news surrounding the neutral site event.
"This website is an invaluable resource for Missouri Valley Women's Basketball Fans," said Lauren Venarchik, Missouri Valley Conference Assistant Director of the Women's Basketball Tournament. "It contains all the information you need regarding the 2008 State Farm MVC Women's Basketball Tournament. This website is just one example of the excitement that is building in your communities as well St. Charles, as basketball season gets underway."
Other features the website offers is a historic look at the tournament, links to all ten Missouri Valley Conference institutions and a photo gallery, full of photographs from previous State Farm MVC Championships.
Additionally, the site will host online videos that will serve as a personal tour around St. Charles, Missouri, The Family Arena and the metropolitan area.
