INDIANA STATE ANNOUNCES THE ADDITION OF THREE MID-YEAR TRANSFERS

 TERRE HAUTE, Ind. ? Indiana State football head coach Lou West announced today the addition of three student-athletes into his program as mid-year transfers. These players have enrolled in classes at ISU, and will participate in spring practice drills this year.

Janssen Hayes (St. Petersburg, Fla./Ellsworth Community College)
is a 6-3, 295 junior offensive lineman. He played the last year at Ellsworth Community College for coach John Sala, where he was a preseason All-American as well as an all-region selection. He was named his team's Most Valuable Player and allowed no sacks during the year. Hayes was a three-sport letterwinner at Gibbs High School for coach Al Davis. While there he was an all-conference and all-county selection.

Nick Daly (Burlington, Iowa/North Iowa Area Community College)
is a 6-4, 315 junior offensive lineman. Daly was a preseason honorable mention All-American as well as a first team all-region selection and was named co-offensive lineman of the year. Twice during his career, Daly has been named the team's offensive player of the game. At Burlington High School, Daly was a three-sport letterwinner where he was named all-conference in football twice.

Bill McGrath (Saskatchewan, Canada/Temple)
is a 6-5, 255 sophomore tight end who is transferring into the program after one year at Temple. McGrath saw limited playing time with the Owls during his lone season with the program. At Vanier High School, he was a two-sport athlete who lettered four years in football. McGrath was named to the All-Canada team and was named the Most Valuable Player of both his football and basketball teams as a senior. He holds the league record for number of receptions, touchdowns and total receiving yards for his high school career.
