SYCAMORES AT A GLANCE
Indiana State enters the weekend hitting .281 as a club with 39 extra-base hits, including 15 home runs. The Indiana State pitching staff holds a 4.60 ERA and has struck out 97 batters in 115.1 innings.
Jarrod Watkins leads ISU at the plate with a .375 average and a team-best 21 base hits.

Triston Polley has a 3-1 record and a 2.42 ERA in four starts for the Sycamores. Polley has 21 strikeouts in 26.0 innings.
LOOKING AT THE BULLDOGS
The Citadel enters the weekend 8-8 on the year and winners of three of their last four contests. The Bulldogs are led by William Kinney who holds a .385 batting average in 16 starts. Taylor Cothron (.333) and Jonathan Sabo (.328) are also hitting over .300 for The Citadel. The Bulldogs pitching staff is anchored by Alex Bialakis with a 1.89 ERA in six appearances, including three starts.

Mitch Hannahs moved into third all-time in career wins at Indiana State with a pair of victories over Western Illinois, passing Rick Heller. Hannahs sits at 132 wins in five seasons at the helm of the program.

ALL-TIME VS THE CITADEL
The Sycamores hold a 6-2 advantage with The Citadel in the all-time series. The teams last met in 2010 when Indiana State took 2-of-3 from the Bulldogs in Charleston.
DOMINANT ON THE MOUND
Triston Polley notched his third win of the season Sunday afternoon in a combined shutout of Western Illinois. Polley nearly went the distance, finishing with a career best eight and a third innings while striking out four Leathernecks on the day.
Ethan Larrison closed out the final two innings of the game for his fourth save of the season.
THE STREAK CONTINUES
Jarrod Watkins holds the teams longest hitting streak at 13 games. The junior has 21 hits, including four doubles and a triple for a .375 average. So far this season, Watkins has strung together six multi-hit performances, including a pair of three-hit outings.
FAST STARTS
Indiana State has been dominant to open games this season, outscoring the opposition 16-5. The Sycamores have outscored opponents in all but two innings this season including a 21-3 advantage in the ninth.
