EVANSVILLE, Ind. – Indiana State wrapped up the final day of the Braun Intercollegiate on Tuesday afternoon as the Sycamores finished eighth overall in the field following the 36-hole event.
The Sycamores (+88) posted a final-round 337 (+49) to close out the final day of the event hosted at the Oak Meadow Country Club in one of their final events of the 2022 Fall season. Indiana State and the entirety of the field battled through the conditions on the course to wrap up the event.
Molly Lee (+16) posted the low round of the day for the Sycamores finishing with a final-round 81 (+9) to move up into a tie for 23rd overall in the field. The junior was consistent throughout the day on her way to leading Indiana State overall in the tournament.
Kristen Hobbs (+19) fell into 32nd overall in the field following her final-round 85 (+13).
Chelsea Morrow (+26) finished tied for 45th in the field, while Briana LeMaire (+30) and Yang Tai (+30) both wrapped up the field in a tie for 54th overall.
Eliza Baker (+22) and
Iyoun Chew (+22) both competed as individuals in the field with the Sycamore duo finishing tied for 35th overall.
Grace Welty (+32) finished tied for 58th overall.
Austin Peay State (+35) claimed the team title in the field, while APSU's Taylor Dedmen (+2) was the individual champion.
