TERRE HAUTE, Ind. - The Indiana State football team, under the direction of fifth-year head coach Trent Miles has announced the 2012 schedule as well as season ticket prices for the upcoming season.
The 11-game slate will begin on September 1 at Indiana as the Sycamores begin the season against a Big 10 opponent for the second consecutive season. The game will be broadcast live on The Big Ten Network.
The six-game home portion of the schedule will begin on September 8 when ISU hosts Quincy. The game will kick-off at 2:05 p.m. (ET) inside Memorial Stadium. ISU will play its third and final non-conference game at home against Drake on September 15.
The Sycamores start Missouri Valley Football Conference play on September 22 when South Dakota State travels to Memorial Stadium. Kickoff is set for 2:05 p.m. ISU then travels to Southern Illinois on September 29 before hosting the annual Homecoming contest on October 6 when the Sycamores host Missouri State. Kick-off is set for 3:05 p.m.
ISU begins a two-game MVFC roadswing on October 13 at North Dakota State followed by a trip to Western Illinois on October 20. ISU plays two of its final three regular season games at home beginning with MVFC newcomer South Dakota on October 27. The Sycamores will welcome Illinois State for the home finale on November 3.
The regular season wraps up with a trip to Youngstown State on November 17.
A full price adult season ticket will cost $50 in 2012, with the new option to rent a seatback cushion for all six games for just $20 more. Faculty/Staff and Senior Citizens can purchase season tickets for $45. Members of the I-Club can also purchase season tickets for $45.
Youth tickets are available for those ages 6-18 for only $20. The popular family season ticket package is available as well for $140 and includes a pair of adult as well as youth season tickets.
Tickets to road contest at Indiana are also available for $40.
